Other Allied Health professions are health care professions distinct from nursing. They include pharmacy, radiology, laboratory and rehab/therapy. Teamwork is vital in these roles as you work with different healthcare team members and co-workers to provide direct patient care. Most of these positions do require a certification or license where you will be able to apply your expertise to treat and rehabilitate our patients of all ages. Together with other health care providers and support staff you will deliver direct patient care, rehabilitation, treatment, nutritional guidance and health improvement interventions. These roles provide you with a wonderful opportunity to make a difference and serve our patients and families.
